The beneficiary must meet all the following criteria:

• They must be employed under a French contract in the process of transferring, be newly taken on or be in training as part of an employment protection scheme

• The distance between the old and new sites must be equal to or greater than 70 km or the journey from the initial residence to the new workplace must take over 1 hour and 15 minutes

• The employer must be a private-sector company with at least 10 employees

• The application should be made between 3 months before and 6 months after the date on which the employee is taken on or transferred (excluding any trial period)

• This assistance is available to the beneficiary once every 2 years

VISALE is a guarantee given by Action Logement to the tenant. It takes care of paying the rent of the main place of residence in the event of non-payment.

If a physical guarantor cannot be provided, this reliable and free guarantee reassures the owner and makes it easier to find accommodation.

Eligibility conditions:

• You must be employed by a private-sector company (fixed-term contract, open-ended contract, temporary contract, work-linked training)

• You must have signed a rental lease

• You shouldn’t have an ongoing LOCA PASS file
